Experienced business leader, marketing executive, and healthcare professional with more than 25 years of success in business development, sales leadership, marketing strategy, operations management, and client relationship management across the healthcare and hospitality industries. Throughout my career, I have built strong partnerships, led high-performing teams, developed revenue-generating initiatives, and implemented strategic programs that drive organizational growth and operational excellence.

Since September 2020, I have served as Director and Partner at Visiting Angels of Northern Arizona, where I oversee daily operations, business development, marketing, community outreach, and strategic planning for a leading provider of in-home senior care services. In this role, I work closely with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners to expand access to compassionate care while strengthening the organization's market presence and long-term growth.

Prior to joining Visiting Angels, I spent nine years with Carlson Hotels Worldwide (Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group) as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing. Managing a multi-state territory from California to Illinois, I partnered with hotel franchise owners to increase revenue, enhance market performance, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for the Country Inns & Suites and Radisson brands. As the organization expanded, I recruited and mentored team members while leading training and educational initiatives that improved sales performance and operational consistency across the region.

Alongside my corporate career, I authored and published *Working from a Home Office Successfully*, a practical guide based on more than two decades of remote work experience. My expertise in home office productivity and remote business practices has been recognized through industry publications, including an interview with Inc.com. My professional background reflects a consistent commitment to leadership, innovation, customer service, and delivering sustainable business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and operational excellence.
