About Cecelia
She is an accomplished nonprofit founder, ministry leader, and former technology professional based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Since 1988, she has served as the Founder and President of Use What You've Got Prison Ministry Keeping Families Connected, Inc., where she oversees the scheduling of trips for families and friends to visit loved ones incarcerated in 16 Indiana state and federal prisons, works with the board of directors, leads women's retreats, coordinates a Christmas program for children with incarcerated parents, and supports families through a range of outreach initiatives. Her earlier career includes over 27 years as a Main Frame Computer Operator at AT&T. She holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ivy Tech Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry from Indiana Christian University. Her career reflects a deep commitment to family connection, compassion, and serving communities affected by incarceration.
