01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Always be eager to learn because the world is changing with AI and everything. Learning should be part of your curriculum. Be present and create a support group and network of people you can count on. Building that network is important because as you go through different career growth you are going to need those people. Be willing to say I need help. You are not an island, there are people out there willing to support you and see you grow.
