Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the life experiences that have shaped my perspective, resilience, and determination. Each challenge and opportunity has taught me valuable lessons that I apply in both my personal and professional growth. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt, lead, and persevere.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this field is to genuinely care about the people you serve. Many residents are vulnerable and unable to advocate for themselves, so it’s important to be their voice and support. Compassion and a strong desire to help others are essential to making a meaningful impact.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me both in work and in life are creativity, adventure, and connection. I love traveling and riding my motorcycle, which fuels my sense of freedom and exploration. I also enjoy crafting, especially making waist beads and jewelry, as it allows me to express myself and bring beauty into the world. These passions help me stay balanced and inspired in all that I do.
