The advice I would give to young women entering my industry is this: if something new in your career doesn’t make you a little nervous, you’re probably not pushing yourself in the right direction.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
My biggest challenges at the moment is completing all the processes that come with starting a sister company in the US. Many boxes to check, implementations and continuous development.
