Celeste Matute Husler

Entrepreneurial and mission-driven leader with deep experience in business development, community economic growth, and cross-sector ecosystem building. She currently leads Voda Cleaning and Restoration of Lakeshore as Founder and Managing Director, overseeing emergency response operations, partnerships, and team development, while also co-founding Abuelo Coffee Roasters. Across more than three decades, she has worked with nonprofits, public institutions, and communities to design microenterprise systems, support small business growth, and build sustainable local economies, with leadership experience spanning program development, governance, earned-revenue strategy, and community wealth creation.
