Celeste (CeCe) Van Aarle is a dynamic Sales Manager at Clearlink, bringing over eight years of experience in sales and sales management. She has earned recognition as a Presidents Club member and specializes in business-to-business and small business consulting across a wide range of solutions, including fiber, copper, coaxial, POTS, VOIP, and security and automation systems. Since joining Clearlink, CeCe has advanced into leadership roles where she emphasizes performance, accountability, and a people-first approach that aligns with the company’s core values.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the lessons I learned from my father, who has always been an inspiration to me, especially in the field of sales. I have also found that perseverance—staying committed and pushing through challenges, even when things get difficult—has been key to achieving my goals.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to take full accountability for my actions, maintain a growth mindset, and never stop learning. Embracing these principles has helped me stay focused, adapt to challenges, and continuously develop both personally and professionally.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering management is to be strong and assertive, but never lose your empathy and compassion. Balancing toughness with understanding allows you to lead effectively while building trust and inspiring your team.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is meeting key performance indicators in an unpredictable economy. Navigating these fluctuations requires adaptability, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving, which can also open the door to innovation and growth.
