Her Story
About Celia
Celia Kaci is a personal trainer and nutritionist coach based in Los Angeles. With five years of experience as a personal trainer and over a year as a nutritionist coach, she works with private one-on-one clients, traveling to their homes or gyms, and teaches small classes of up to nine people at the boutique gym Lift Society. Originally from France where she worked as an actor, Celia moved to the United States and pursued education including a business specialist certificate from Glendale Community College, an associate degree in natural science from Pasadena Community College, and a bachelor degree in nutritional science from Cal State LA, graduating last December. She holds NASM certification and is passionate about helping clients improve their relationship with food and exercise, drawing from her own experiences. In addition to her professional work, Celia has served as a speaker at the Young's Women's Career Conference and the Girls Academy Leadership Academy, and completed an internship assisting with a garden program at an elementary school in Toluca Lake.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You have to do it because you're passionate about helping people. It takes a lot to be a trainer. Support clients mentally, remember everything they're telling you. Do it for the passion, not for the money. It is one of the most rewarding jobs if you have the passion.
