Celiana Matos

Celiana Matos serves as an HR Leave Administrator at Brunswick Corporation, where she supports employees across the United States with complex leave of absence and workplace accommodation matters within the manufacturing industry. Over her five years with Brunswick, she has developed extensive expertise in leave administration, compliance, and employee support. Prior to her current role, she served as an HR Generalist at Mercury Marine, where she managed leave administration and supported a broad range of human resources functions for three years.

A bilingual HR professional with a passion for employee advocacy and operational excellence, Celiana is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at Capella University. She also holds an Associate Degree in Anthropology from the University of Puerto Rico, bringing a unique perspective to understanding workforce dynamics and employee needs.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Celiana is actively engaged in the HR and engineering communities. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). She also serves on the founding Employee Resource Group (ERG) team supporting Brunswick’s Hispanic and Latino community, helping foster inclusion, professional development, and cultural awareness across the organization.
