01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience, perseverance, compassion, and my willingness to grow through every experience life has given me. Working with seriously ill children and their families at Children’s Hospital Oakland deeply humbled me and strengthened my appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit. My journey as a Christian counselor and my education in theology and organizational leadership have further shaped my commitment to helping others discover their purpose and potential. I have faced personal challenges that have made me stronger, wiser, and more grounded, and I believe those experiences have equipped me to encourage others in meaningful ways. I am especially passionate about empowering women to recognize their gifts, believe in themselves, and pursue what is possible. I draw inspiration from my father’s wisdom and the belief that every person has tremendous potential. Above all, I attribute my success to refusing to give up, continuing to learn, and using my experiences to help others grow, heal, and move forward with purpose.
