She is a visionary leadership developer, intercultural consultant, and founder with over a decade of experience in intercultural training, program strategy, and women's leadership development. She is the Author, Founder, and Permission Developer™ of The Vintage Era, a luxury personal development brand for high-achieving women in midlife, where she created the Permission Development™ methodology—a framework that guides women through a five-stage journey to fully inhabit who they already are. She also serves as a Senior Intercultural Training Consultant and Program Strategist at Global Bound Consulting, designing and facilitating over 50 intercultural training and community engagement workshops annually, and as a Cross Cultural Training Consultant at Cartus, supporting global mobility programs. Her career includes serving as Conference Program Director for Conferences for Women and Director of Special Events for the American Association of Malaysia. She holds a Master's degree in International and Intercultural Communication and International and Comparative Education from the School for International Training. She is recognized as a passionate, insightful, and transformative leader who combines soul work with strategy to help individuals and organizations navigate cultural complexity, build belonging, and create lasting impact.
