Chaitra Babu is an entrepreneur, former software quality assurance engineer, and digital content creator based in Carmel, Indiana. After building a successful career in software engineering, she transitioned into entrepreneurship by founding Radha Ayurveda and Happy Top, two ventures that reflect her passion for blending heritage, creativity, and innovation. Through Radha Ayurveda, she produces small-batch desi ghee using her family's authentic recipe and a European small-batch production method, while Happy Top offers whimsical socks featuring 3D toys for children and adults. She is also active on social media and YouTube, where she creates comedy, lifestyle, and inspirational content, drawing on her earlier experience as a music television host in India.

Before becoming a full-time business owner, Chaitra spent more than 14 years in software quality assurance, building a distinguished career with organizations including Under Armour, Merchant Link, HelloWallet (Morningstar), and Next Jump. She developed deep expertise in quality assurance, test automation, software testing, quality management, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration. Throughout her engineering career, she earned a reputation for strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and delivering reliable, high-quality software products that enhanced user experiences.

Today, Chaitra is focused on growing her businesses while using digital platforms to share her creativity and connect with a wider audience. Following a company layoff, she embraced entrepreneurship as an opportunity to pursue her passions, transforming a treasured family recipe into a thriving brand while expanding her creative ventures online. Guided by the belief that true innovation comes from fully committing to one's vision rather than relying on a backup plan, Chaitra continues to inspire others through her authenticity, resilience, and willingness to turn lifelong passions into meaningful businesses.
