The best career advice I’ve ever received is to not be afraid to fail your way to the top. Embracing failure as part of the learning process allows you to take bold steps, grow from challenges, and ultimately achieve greater success.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to never limit themselves and to challenge social barriers. By believing in your abilities and pushing beyond expectations, you can create opportunities, break stereotypes, and pave the way for meaningful impact.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is securing small loans to grow and sustain a business. At the same time, there are significant opportunities for collaboration and expansion, which can help build networks, foster innovation, and create pathways for growth.
