About Chan
Chan Crawford is a Transformation Coach who has been practicing since 2017 in Houston, Texas. She began her career in mental health after serving four years in the Air Force, where her interest in the human mind led her to request work in that field. Following personal experiences with depression and domestic violence, she underwent her own transformation, including significant weight loss, which initially drew her to fitness coaching before she transitioned to transformation coaching to focus on the personal growth aspects that bring her fulfillment. Crawford holds a bachelor's degree in psychology as well as master's degrees in social work and industrial and organizational psychology. She helps ambitious professionals and entrepreneurs overcome repeated failures and close the success gap in their lives. Crawford attributes her success to her sheer determination, warrior spirit, and resilience, and she emphasizes the value of discipline in achieving freedom and desired lifestyles.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I think the sheer determination to see it through. I have a warrior spirit, the spirit of getting back up, the spirit of resilience.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I'm not seeing any specific challenges right now, even with the shift in the economy.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Discipline is the most important value. People underestimate how important it is; you need discipline to achieve the freedom and lifestyle you want.
