Chanel’s expertise lies in aligning operational efficiency with strong governance practices, while fostering collaboration and ensuring fairness in complex corporate environments.

Beyond her corporate career, Chanel has cultivated a deep passion for conflict management and employee relations. Her personal journey—marked by resilience, reflection, and a commitment to growth—inspired her to become an advocate for psychological safety, equity, and integrity in the workplace. She now speaks and consults with organizations on how to navigate conflict, strengthen communication, and build cultures rooted in respect and collaboration. Holding a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Conflict Resolution from Abilene Christian University and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, Chanel combines academic excellence with practical leadership. Looking ahead, she envisions scaling her company alongside her husband with the goal of retiring in five years, leaving a legacy of advocacy, empowerment, and organizational transformation.
