Chantal Jones is a Team Relationship Manager at Fenway Group, where she manages retirement plan relationships and serves as the primary contact for plan-related issues. Her responsibilities include working with record keepers to resolve 401K matters such as missed contributions, eligibility determinations, and summary annual notices. With nearly six years in the financial industry, she previously spent five and a half years as a business analyst processing annuity applications before pivoting after earning her bachelor's degree in August 2025. She draws on her customer service experience to focus on relationship management and administrative support in retirement services. Jones belongs to Alpha Chi and participates in church activities.
