Her Story

About Chanti

Chanti Randolph is a health and wellness entrepreneur, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), and founder of Fruit Stand LA, a Los Angeles-based produce and wellness brand launched in 2018. Created from her passion for making fresh, nutritious food more accessible, Fruit Stand LA began as a mobile produce concept offering fruit bowls, cold-pressed juices, pop-up events, and subscription delivery before evolving into an integrated wellness platform. Today, Chanti combines functional nutrition with personalized wellness consulting, helping individuals and organizations achieve lasting transformation through evidence-informed nutrition, intentional lifestyle practices, and holistic well-being. Her philosophy is simple: wellness is not just a product or service—it is an experience that should be woven into everyday life.

Before entering the wellness industry, Chanti built a successful creative agency in Los Angeles, where she spent more than 15 years leading marketing, branding, creative direction, public relations, and experiential campaigns for clients in the entertainment, sports, and luxury hospitality industries. After experiencing career burnout, she redirected her entrepreneurial talents toward her lifelong passion for health and nutrition, earning her Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification along with additional certifications through Harvard Medical School. She later completed a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, further strengthening her ability to blend strategic business development with purpose-driven innovation. Today, her work sits at the intersection of wellness, hospitality, branding, and community engagement, creating experiences that inspire both personal transformation and measurable business impact.

An entrepreneur since the age of 22, Chanti attributes her success to courage, tenacity, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to purpose. She believes setbacks are opportunities to realign with better paths and encourages aspiring entrepreneurs to remain passionate, embrace change, and seek strategic partnerships that reflect their values rather than forcing the wrong opportunities. Guided by authenticity, collaboration, and meaningful human connection, she is dedicated to building brands that are not only seen but deeply felt. Through her leadership, Chanti continues to redefine wellness as an immersive, transformative experience that empowers individuals, strengthens communities, and leaves a lasting legacy of positive impact.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Chanti

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to courage, creativity, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset that has never allowed obstacles to define my future. Since becoming an entrepreneur at the age of 22, I have spent more than 15 years building purpose-driven businesses that blend wellness, creativity, and transformational experiences. As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), creative strategist, and entrepreneur, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with global brands, luxury hospitality organizations, and visionary leaders to design immersive wellness experiences, retreats, community activations, and marketing campaigns that create meaningful impact. I believe the most powerful brands are felt, not just seen, and that true success comes from creating experiences that positively transform the lives of others.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

One of the greatest lessons I've embraced throughout my entrepreneurial journey is that setbacks are never the end of the story—they're opportunities to realign with something better. Every challenge offers valuable insight, and every closed door creates space for the opportunity that's truly meant for me. That perspective has taught me the importance of resilience, trusting the process, and remaining flexible enough to pivot when necessary.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Stay tenacious, follow your passion, and don't be afraid to keep moving forward, even when the path isn't clear. If you find yourself in an environment that isn't aligned with your values or vision, give yourself permission to seek new opportunities and surround yourself with strategic partners who share your purpose. Success comes from staying true to who you are while remaining open to growth and collaboration.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I believe the wellness and hospitality industries are entering an exciting period where authenticity, human connection, and purpose-driven leadership are more valuable than ever. There is an incredible opportunity to create experiences that prioritize holistic well-being, community, and meaningful engagement rather than purely transactional interactions. While these industries require constant adaptation and innovation, I see that as an advantage. By remaining resilient, embracing change, and staying aligned with our purpose, we can build businesses that achieve commercial success while creating lasting impact, meaningful connections, and positive transformation.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Purpose, authenticity, creativity, and meaningful human connection are the values that guide both my professional and personal life. I believe true wellness encompasses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and I'm passionate about creating environments where people feel inspired, connected, and empowered to become their healthiest, most authentic selves. Whether through functional nutrition, immersive retreats, experiential marketing, or intentional storytelling, my goal is to create experiences that leave a lasting impact. I measure success not only by business growth, but by the lives I've touched, the communities I've helped strengthen, and the meaningful transformation I've had the privilege to inspire.
