Charla Canada brings more than two decades of sales expertise to her role in HVAC controls, where she has worked for the past six months. Her background includes extensive experience in telecommunications, starting with VoiceStream prior to its transition to T-Mobile and later with Verizon and Spectrum, where she handled various aspects from distribution to fiber optics sales. In her current position, Charla supports the sales team by ensuring projects are properly assembled, manages backend operations to prevent issues, and contributes to marketing efforts while engaging with industry associations. She attended cosmetology school but did not complete her studies after becoming a mother. Charla participates in organizations including the American Subcontractors Association, BOMA, and ASHRAE, and she volunteers with North Place Church in Sachse, Texas.
