About Charlaine
She is an integrative nutrition consultant, health coach, trainer, and animal rescue founder with experience in wellness education, nutrition support, coaching, dog rescue operations, nonprofit work, and community advocacy. She currently serves as an Integration Nutrition Consultant at Aceva and runs Upshot Dog Rescue in Puerto Rico, where she supports abandoned dogs and rescue efforts. Her background also includes health coaching with Char & Dr Stu.
