I attribute my success to inspiration, perseverance, and a willingness to grow. I was introduced to aviation through my uncle, which sparked a passion for the industry and led me to pursue this career path. With experience across banking, customer service, and the medical field, I’ve worked my way up by staying committed, learning continuously, and embracing every opportunity to advance.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to ignore negativity. Staying focused on my goals, trusting my abilities, and not allowing outside noise to distract or discourage me has helped me move forward and continue growing in my career.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are creativity, balance, and family. I value expressing myself through painting, making time to unwind by watching movies, and being fully present with my kids, as those moments keep me grounded and motivated in everything I do.
