You are the only person that can stop yourself from getting more. Grab the opportunity when someone in the room knows more than you.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Believe in yourselves and try it. IQ is not based on your language. Put yourself out there.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Challenges come from within yourself, shutting down negative voices and stepping out of comfort zone. Opportunities include company growth from 121 to over 200 units and pursuing real estate agent classes.
