Charlette Broderick

Experienced labor and employment attorney with more than 10 years of expertise in labor relations, collective bargaining, employment litigation, and regulatory compliance. She currently serves as General Counsel for the Association of Professional Flight Attendants (APFA), providing strategic legal guidance, overseeing legal affairs, and protecting the interests of the union and its members.

Prior to her current role, she served as Staff Attorney for APFA and spent nearly seven years as an Associate Attorney at Weissman & Mintz LLC, representing clients in the healthcare, government, and education sectors on a wide range of labor and employment matters. Earlier in her career, she worked with LexisNexis, the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, and the National Labor Relations Board, building a strong foundation in legal research, litigation, and employment law.

She is recognized for her expertise in labor law, collective bargaining, employment disputes, and strategic legal counsel.
