About Charlotte
I opened my company Love and Caring Home Care Agency LLC in 2006. We specialize in customer care assistance going to elderly people's houses and nursing homes to take care of personal hygiene, assist with transportation, and provide companionship to appointments and activities. I did everything in Ghana and got my CNA here. I created my own charity Above and Beyond and send money and supplies like rice and oil to elderly in Ghana every year.

01What do you attribute your success to?
God's support has been everything in my life. If I'm going through anything, I pray, and I know God has always been there for me.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Learn how to say no. I'm still struggling with it because I want to help everyone and sometimes it gets overwhelming.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You have to really love what you're doing. It's not just a job because you have to go above and beyond. You need to love this kind of job. If you don't, this is not a job for you.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
To make sure all my clients are secured at home, happy at the end of their life, and feel comfortable. Peace and happiness is my thing, both for myself and the client, because when they are happy, I'm happy.
