About Charlotte
Charlotte Dungworth serves as a recruiter and team manager in renewable energy recruitment. With 13 years of experience, she spent 9 years in the UK building a recruitment business before moving to the US 4 years ago to establish and grow the team supporting renewable energy clients. She manages a team of 5, many of whom joined as graduates similar to her own start in the industry. Dungworth entered recruitment because of her interest in sales, enjoying the dual role of selling opportunities to candidates and partnering with clients on growth strategies. She attributes her career success to remaining consistent and resilient amid the natural waves and setbacks of recruitment work. Her goals include expanding her team and building external brand presence through networking events in the Southern California region.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I think just kind of staying consistent and never kind of getting too knocked down by the setbacks. Especially in recruitment it comes in waves like a rollercoaster with highs and lows. Just continue to push on and you'll see the success at the end of the tunnel.
