Her Story
About Charlotte
I started in the oil and gas industry in 2008 after moving to Texas. I began as an admin in midstream pipeline keeping track of logs and record keeping. My background in Health and Human Services prevention education with training and working with at-risk youth made the safety and environmental aspects a natural fit. My company paid for me to get my Occupational Health and Safety certification. Now as HSE manager at Dyna Energetics I work with explosive materials and support operations teams across many assets of the business. There's never a dull moment and I love being a lifelong learner in this field.
