Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of dedication, curiosity, and a commitment to helping others when they need it most. Over the past decade, I have built a strong career in the insurance industry, though my role extends far beyond titles and accolades. Currently, I am pursuing dual studies at Harvard and MIT in finance, cybersecurity, and law, constantly seeking ways to broaden my expertise and impact.

Beyond my professional life, I am passionate about creative expression and community engagement. I teach dance to children, perform on the flying trapeze, and, together with my family, support our local community through our church. These experiences ground me, reminding me of the importance of connection, resilience, and joy.

One of my proudest moments came in 2024 when I had the opportunity to star in a promotional campaign for the Barbie movie. As a European who rarely saw herself represented on screen, this experience during a time of political unrest was deeply meaningful and a powerful reminder of the importance of visibility and representation.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the insurance industry is simple: approach it with an open mind, because the opportunities are truly endless. And find a good mentor—someone who can guide you, challenge you, and help you navigate the path ahead. Having that support can make all the difference as you grow in your career.
