Her Story

About Charmi

I currently work as a senior project manager at Tobin Scientific, where we provide GMP storage for pharmaceutical companies. My unique skill set combines my background in chemical engineering with a specialization in biochemical engineering, along with my master's degree in project management with a focus on data analysis. This combination allows me to bring valuable expertise in handling pharmaceutical materials while managing complex projects. In my role, I oversee 5 team members and focus on several key areas including tracking and analysis reporting, monitoring storage availability, KPI tracking across different areas, and people management. I'm particularly proud of helping improve our company's overall data systems and successfully implementing a new warehouse management system project. As we are a startup and growing company, I've been able to make significant contributions to our operations. I've also worked on improving communication across the team, navigating cultural differences, and strengthening my project management skills. What really drives me in this position is my love for communicating and training people, managing different scenarios, and being able to toggle between different responsibilities.
