Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my son; as a single mom, everything I do—whether flipping homes or selling real estate—is to give him the best life, create lasting memories, and provide opportunities for his future.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering real estate is to remember that you make your money when you buy the house—focus on securing the right price first, as it’s more important than the renovations alone.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in real estate right now is finding well-priced homes to flip, as rapid growth in Arizona and the Phoenix area has increased competition and driven up housing costs.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The most important values in my work and personal life are family and faith, and I make it a priority to support my local church by giving at least 10% of my earnings.
