Chastity Britton serves as OEM Program Manager at Steel Warehouse in Chattanooga, Tennessee, bringing more than 33 years of experience in the steel industry. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in OEM sales programs, customer account management, supply chain coordination, and operational execution. In her current role, she oversees major OEM programs by managing customer setup for fabricators, quarterly pricing, forecasting, shipping accuracy, and aged inventory while collaborating with purchasing teams to secure supply and identify internal solutions that support customer needs. She also provides guidance and mentorship to inside sales teams managing these key accounts.
Britton’s career journey reflects dedication, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous growth. She began in an entry-level scrapyard position shortly after high school, where she gained firsthand knowledge of the steel industry and built a strong foundation through hands-on experience. She later spent 11 years with a local toll processor, developing specialized expertise in slitting, cut-to-length processes, and light-gauge coated steel. After joining Steel Warehouse 15 years ago, she progressed through multiple roles in inside sales and contract management before advancing to her current OEM Program Manager position.
Chastity attributes her success to perseverance, a willingness to learn, and the value of gaining experience at every level of an organization. Her career was shaped by determination and the desire to build a stable future for her family, which ultimately led to a lasting passion for the steel industry. Known for her operational knowledge, customer-focused approach, and ability to develop strong partnerships, Britton continues to make a meaningful impact by supporting customers, mentoring teams, and driving successful outcomes within the steel manufacturing sector.
