01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Best career advice is that passion does not always equal purpose. What you want to identify is your purpose why God has you here what your gift is and you may not really enjoy it, you know? Be very passionate about it, but it may come fairly easy to you, and it's fairly simple, and, that's where you need to look, and, you know, when you're working in your purpose, be passionate about your purpose.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Good advice would be, number one, is to know who is with you. And I mean that on a spiritual sense. ... be confident in that and confident in knowing who you are and be dedicated not motivated but dedicated to fulfilling your purpose ... Be absolutely dedicated, and have a narrow path in your mind, have tunnel vision.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Purpose and being intentional are what's driving my life. ... if you're doing everything that's aligned with your purpose and your attention is on that with almost every single thing that you do. It will be easy, there will be a flow.
