01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would really tell them, you know, follow your heart, and you have to really care about the cause that you are looking to do that job for, you have to care about that cause, because I you know, I care about this cause, and seeing what we do every day really makes me love this job. So that would be my advice, and my advice I've always told anybody about a career. Is when you go into work every day, just always be yourself, and you should be to be successful.
