I attribute my success to always leading with integrity and keeping my word. And keeping the clients in the forefront of whatever business transaction we're doing, and protecting the client's needs.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Best career advice I would say is never give up and lead with empowerment, and always try to be bold. If you don't ask or knock on that next door you'll never know. Continue growing and developing, never give up and continue to empower yourself and think outside the box and not from a place of fear.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Find a good company and a good mentor to help you navigate into a role where you can use your real estate skills and talents for the betterment of the company. Find a good mentor and company where they allow you to use your skill set and have full autonomy to make business decisions so you can have that creative pursuit.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in the industry are increased rent costs for small business owners and trying to find a good location that is sustainable.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

My values that are important to me are trustworthiness, transparency, integrity, and family focus. Representing the tenants with integrity and transparency.
