Ten minutes with Chelsea
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being easy to work with and building genuine relationships based on trust and collaboration. Creating an environment where clients feel comfortable sharing information openly allows me to understand their challenges more deeply and deliver better solutions. This collaborative approach has helped me continually improve both my technical expertise and my interpersonal skills throughout my career.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women to be ready to pivot throughout their careers. Stay committed to your personal and professional growth while remaining open to unexpected opportunities and new directions. Challenges such as layoffs or career setbacks do not define your future—there is more than one path to achieving your goals. Resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning will help you build a successful and fulfilling career.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I believe one of the greatest opportunities is helping organizations fully leverage the technology they already have rather than continually adding new tools. Strong revenue operations, CRM optimization, process automation, and thoughtful technology adoption enable businesses to scale efficiently. I'm also excited about applying these same principles to faith-based technology, creating solutions that help churches and ministries better connect with their communities.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value service, trust, collaboration, continuous learning, and meaningful relationships. Professionally, I strive to help organizations grow by building scalable systems and creating lasting value. Personally, my Christian faith guides my work, inspiring me to use technology to strengthen communities, support churches, and create opportunities for people to connect and grow together.
