Living on my own and working full-time at the age of 17 taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and perseverance. Those early experiences shaped my work ethic and instilled in me the determination to keep moving forward, no matter the challenges I faced.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received was, "Lazy people are liars." That statement has always stayed with me because it reminds me that success requires accountability, honesty, and a strong work ethic. It has motivated me to stay disciplined, take ownership of my responsibilities, and consistently give my best effort.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To persevere, even when you get knocked down along the way. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn, grow, and become stronger. Stay confident in your abilities, continue working hard, and don't let setbacks define your future. Success comes to those who remain resilient, keep pushing forward, and never give up on their goals.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me, both professionally and personally, are family, integrity, and balance. No matter how demanding my career becomes, I always make sure my children and family come first. They are my greatest motivation and the foundation for everything I do, inspiring me to lead with purpose, work hard, and remain true to my values.
