She is a dedicated educational consultant, leadership coach, and equity advocate with a passion for helping individuals and organizations excel through specialized consulting, coaching, and writing services. Currently serving as a School Partnership Coach at Challenge Success, she partners with schools to support student well-being and academic success. She is also Founder and CEO of Diverse Perspectives LLC, where she provides educational consulting, equity consulting, leadership coaching, and comprehensive writing services including ghostwriting, editing, and literacy tutoring. Her career includes serving as Supervisor of Equity, Culture, and History at Hopewell City Public Schools and as a Content Creator for the Virginia Education Association, where she created adult learning courses including Microaggressions 101 and Leaders Lead. She holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from High Tech High Graduate School of Education and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University. She is recognized as a compassionate, people-centered, and transformative leader who creates spaces where individuals and teams can thrive, and who is deeply committed to equity, inclusion, and the power of leadership to drive meaningful change.
