Her Interview

Ten minutes with Cheri

01What do you attribute your success to?

God and the support of family and friends. My faith is super important to me, God is super important to me, and my collection of my friends supported me through tough times like my son's cancer diagnosis and other losses.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Your job is to empower people, but you can't fix people. You can present options and tools and encourage them, but it's really up to them to do the work. Never work harder than your client.
