I attribute my success primarily to my family. I began my nursing career later in life, and having my children already grown, they experienced the journey alongside me. I am deeply grateful to my husband and my kids for their unwavering support—they were there for me every step of the way. I truly could not have achieved this without them.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering the industry to work hard and pursue their dreams with confidence. That approach has guided me throughout my career, and I encourage others to embrace it fully.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in healthcare today is the uncertainty the field often presents. At the same time, there are tremendous opportunities to grow and make an impact by showing up every day, doing your best, and continuing to move forward. Staying committed and adaptable allows you to navigate challenges while embracing the potential for meaningful progress.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
