Cherise Clark

I am a pharmacy leader with over a decade of experience in retail pharmacy management, currently serving as Pharmacy Manager at Pavilions, a role I have held since June 2020. In this position, I oversee pharmacy operations, lead a team of pharmacy professionals, and ensure that patients receive safe, accurate, and compassionate care. I am a certified immunizer and bring a growth mentality to every aspect of my work, consistently seeking ways to improve patient outcomes and team performance.

Before joining Pavilions, I spent over four years as Pharmacy Manager at CVS Health in the Los Angeles area, where I served as Pharmacist-in-Charge at both high-volume and 24-hour locations, and also acted as a primary district support leader for the district manager. My roles at CVS also included Staff Pharmacist for two years and Pharmacist Intern for nearly three years, giving me a comprehensive foundation in pharmacy operations, patient counseling, medication safety, and team leadership.

I hold a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where I graduated in 2012.

Across my career in pharmacy, my work has been driven by a commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and team development. Whether I am managing a high-volume pharmacy, supporting district-wide initiatives, or mentoring new pharmacists, I bring a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare. I believe that pharmacies are a vital part of community health, and I am proud to play a role in helping people live healthier, fuller lives.
