Cheryl Burres is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 27 years of experience in recruiting across healthcare, engineering, and hospitality sectors. She began her career unexpectedly while working the front desk at a staffing agency in Florida, quickly proving her value by following up with clients, submitting qualified candidates, and filling challenging roles. Her results earned her the role of sole recruiter for a major hotel client, and she now thrives as a 1099 independent contractor, sourcing top talent including doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and international engineers. Over the years, Cheryl has trained more than 200 recruiters and managed teams of up to 25 across five states, consistently turning underperforming regions into high-performing ones.
