Her Interview

Ten minutes with Cheryl

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Balance is key. If I had to do it all over again, I think I would have been part-time a good part of my career. Spend a lot more time at home with family.

02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I'm a Christian, so I believe God first and family. Prayer is important in terms of that balance for me. My faith is really a stabilizer for me.
