Cherylyn Harley LeBon

She is a government contracts attorney, corporate advisor, board director, and leadership educator with more than 25 years of legal, congressional, executive branch, and private-sector experience. She currently serves as Partner and Chair of the Government Contracts Practice at Cohen Seglias, advising businesses and government contractors on federal contracting, FAR matters, compliance, and corporate strategy. She also serves as an independent board director for Waste Connections and Copart, bringing experience in risk management, board governance, and corporate oversight. Her background includes partner-level government contracts and corporate work at Womble Bond Dickinson, public service with federal agencies and the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, and adjunct faculty work at The University of Kansas.
