Chethana Suresh N. is an accomplished Industrial Engineering professional and Project Manager specializing in process optimization, sustainability, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Process OpEx – Site Lean Leader at Ingram Micro in Eastvale, California, Chethana plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through lean methodologies and data-driven strategies. Her expertise lies in identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and fostering collaboration across departments to deliver measurable results in productivity, cost reduction, and sustainability.
Before joining Ingram Micro, Chethana honed her technical and leadership skills at Trelleborg Engineered Coated Fabrics, where she led initiatives in production intelligence, quality auditing, and facilities optimization. Her leadership in implementing energy monitoring and computerized maintenance management systems exemplifies her commitment to sustainable engineering and modern manufacturing innovation. She also gained extensive consulting experience with IET, Inc., providing industrial engineering solutions to clients across the United States, including time studies, layout design, and lean process development.
Chethana holds dual Master of Science degrees—one in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo and another in Project Management from the University of the Cumberlands. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is an avid student of Jyotisha, Puranas, psychology, and both Western and Eastern schools of philosophy, reflecting her holistic approach to problem-solving and leadership.
