Her Interview
Ten minutes with Cheyenne
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think a key factor has been self-motivation, to just always kind of better myself, and take every opportunity that I'm given, and really making the most of it, and making sure that I'm learning something new, contributing to the team positively. Always just not wanting to settle in my work and continuously better myself.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Sometimes the path that you want to take is not always the path that's the best for you. Sometimes it's hard to see the bigger picture in the moment. Always just being able to be flexible and moldable to your situation. Staying calm and then seeing where that opportunity can take you.
