01What do you attribute your success to?
I got into the HR field shortly after obtaining my bachelor's, then pursued an accelerated master's and recently passed the SHRM-CP exam, which gives me extra confidence and credibility.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Always feel like you're worth having a seat at the table. Being younger in the industry, you work with professionals with expertise, but don't feel unworthy; your career grows and they appreciate offering you that seat.
