I’ve always tried to improve myself, but I think what’s made the biggest difference is truly listening, being open to learning, and taking responsibility for both my successes and my setbacks.

The growing use of AI in the insurance field presents both challenges and opportunities. I believe it can help agents streamline smaller tasks, allowing them more time to focus on important matters. However, I think it could potentially leave gaps in coverage that might be overlooked until it's too late.

Being a wife and mother has made me really focus on the future and the “what ifs.” I value taking care of my loved ones, even when I’m not here, which is why having life insurance is so important to me. 

I know the many roles I play are irreplaceable. But having some financial support in place for the unthinkable makes a meaningful difference.
