About Chiane
Chiane Reusser is the founder and CEO of BruMedia & Marketing, a full-service media marketing agency based in the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg area of Florida. She has been working in media and marketing for about six to seven years, though she has served officially as founder and CEO for less than a year. Reusser began her journey during COVID while transitioning into college by creating editorial videos on TikTok, which sparked her interest in social media. Throughout college she grew a following and worked with brands on content creation before transitioning to freelancing. Brew Media Marketing originated as a project in one of her graphic design classes, where she developed a company concept and branding. After gaining more freelance gigs, she consolidated her work under the Brew Media name. Reusser later returned to school to earn her master's degree while building the business. The agency provides photography, videography, drone content, branding, graphics, and social content strategy across industries including restaurants, health and wellness, sports, real estate, and a strong niche in the sailing industry. Reusser emphasizes a boutique approach that delivers a personal, hands-on experience by pairing clients with dedicated team members for cohesive storytelling from concept to execution.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I think something I've always honed in on is putting trust in the fact that everything happens for a reason. You may not see that reason right away. Whatever situation you're facing, know at the end of it, you're gonna come out stronger, and it's happening for a reason. That's how I try to look at life, and especially my business, because everything can be a learning lesson.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Media and social media marketing companies are growing and starting to become very saturated here in Tampa with a lot of competition. There are a lot of creative minds out here, and it's really cool that we'll be able to work together and bounce ideas and support one another, but you gotta be motivated and be dedicated. AI can be used as a smart tool but won't take over due to the human connection clients miss.
