About Chloe
Chloe Cheney is a podcast producer, content creator, and social media strategist whose work centers on helping organizations tell meaningful stories through digital media. Recently graduating from Ensign College with an associate degree in communications emphasizing social media marketing, she also earned five professional certificates in social media marketing, digital marketing, digital content creation, communications, and technology account management. Over the past three years, she has built hands-on expertise in podcast production, video creation, live media, and digital marketing, developing a reputation for transforming ideas into engaging content that informs, inspires, and connects audiences.
Currently, Chloe serves as Director of Podcast & Content Strategy at EDMO, an AI company focused on higher education, where she leads podcast production, content strategy, and digital marketing initiatives for the EDU Unlocked podcast and other multimedia projects. In addition, she continues to mentor aspiring creators through her leadership with StudioE and the Thrive Podcast at Ensign College, helping students develop practical media production and storytelling skills. Her professional experience also includes producing sports media, filming weddings and live events, and managing end-to-end podcast production, giving her a well-rounded perspective across creative production, brand storytelling, and audience engagement.
Driven by a growth mindset and a passion for building meaningful relationships, Chloe believes that great storytelling begins long before the camera starts rolling. She embraces both the creative and behind-the-scenes aspects of content production, recognizing that careful planning, collaboration, and problem-solving are essential to creating impactful work. Looking ahead, Chloe plans to continue growing her expertise in marketing and content strategy while building her own marketing company and expanding a business inspired by her interests in sewing, thrift flipping, and sustainable fashion, combining creativity with entrepreneurship to make a lasting impact.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is, “Don’t tell yourself no before someone else does.” It reminds me to take chances, believe in myself, and never let self-doubt stop me from pursuing opportunities.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to give it your best and strive to do it well. Pay attention in class, but pay even more attention outside of class, where real-world experiences and continuous learning often provide the greatest opportunities for growth.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are maintaining a growth mindset and building meaningful connections with others. I believe continuous learning, embracing new challenges, and fostering strong relationships are essential to both personal fulfillment and professional success.
