Chloe Crook-Ellette
Chloe C. is the Founder and CEO of Fair AI Economy, a platform she launched in October 2025 with the mission of creating human-centered AI systems that serve people rather than extract value. As a solo founder, Chloe manages all aspects of the platform, including development, operations, debugging, marketing, and podcasting. Her work emphasizes ethical behavior, kindness, and empowering others—particularly children—to reach their full potential.
Chloe’s career background is diverse, spanning social media and marketing, including cannabis-related projects, as well as operational support for a family construction business. Largely self-taught, she has been actively working with AI for about a year and practicing “vibe coding” for roughly six months, sharing her insights on Substack and through consulting. Her hands-on approach and entrepreneurial drive exemplify her philosophy that growth comes from experimentation and action.
In addition to her work with Fair AI Economy, Chloe and her husband are developing the New Foundations Initiative, a community-focused 501(c)(3) project in Oklahoma. Chloe has received a Global Recognition Award for her efforts in building creator-owned infrastructure and has been selected to represent Oklahoma in the 2026 Influential Women feature. She encourages the next generation with a simple but powerful message: “Don’t be afraid. You don’t know what you’re capable of until you do it.”
