About Chloe

Chloe Miles brings a decade of experience in healthcare marketing, specializing in dentistry. Her passion for the field stems from a belief in the power of a smile to boost self-confidence and overall well-being. She has transitioned from execution-focused roles to strategic leadership, where she now emphasizes nurturing and developing team members. Chloe's next career goal centers on mentoring others, particularly young women, to help them shape their paths and build their own destinies in healthcare marketing. She values adaptability as a key strength in an industry marked by rapid technological change. Outside of her professional work, Chloe co-founded Margo's Mission, a nonprofit started in 2024 with her husband to honor their stillborn daughter Margo. The organization supports the lost parent community by baking sourdough bread and creating hand-knitted blankets donated to a local hospital. She also enjoys scrapbooking as a way to curate family moments. Chloe models her approach to balancing career and motherhood after her own mother, Pam, who maintained a long corporate career while remaining present for her family. She has overcome significant challenges, including leading a team through a 2020 company reduction that resulted in layoffs, which reinforced her commitment to empathetic, people-first leadership. Chloe contributes to her field through public speaking, delivering presentations and clinical education at provider events.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Adaptability is a superpower. With healthcare specifically, we're really rooted in an era of technology, and that also comes with change, and vast and quick change, and so being able to be adaptable and learn quick on your feet, and really to be able to fly a plane while you're building the plane is a superpower and really makes you desirable as a team member and a collaborator in healthcare.
