Her Story
About Chloe
I am Chloe Schnur, a marketing and digital growth strategist who discovered my passion for marketing through my love of sports. Growing up as an athlete, I knew I wanted to work in sports, with golf and football being my top two sports. I started my marketing journey in summer 2022 with a golf industry internship in Pittsburgh, where I realized that marketing was my passion. I loved doing social media, interviewing different players, hearing their stories, and then conveying that on different platforms. Marketing allows me to have a lot of autonomy and creativity with my work, and I love expressing that with everything I do. I worked for a golf association in Massachusetts, managed social media content and press releases for an NFL agency, and served as an operations intern at the 2024 U.S. Open at Pinehurst. After completing my Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Wake Forest, I joined Fastbreak AI as Content Marketing Manager, where I managed all social media platforms, blog and article writing, and worked with a PR agency on product releases and announcements. I then became Marketing Lead at Meridian Performance Systems, an early-stage sports performance startup, where I lead marketing for their computer vision-based golf putting analysis app, handling content planning, podcast coordination with professional athletes, web design, automation, and overall brand development during their investment phase. Currently, I serve as a Digital Growth Associate at CLA, where I help scale their digital side, specifically focused on the financial services industry, private equity, construction, manufacturing, and professional services. I love being in a go-go type pace and being productive, thriving in fast-paced, exciting environments.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I started networking at the end of my junior year of high school, beginning of my senior year, and coming from someone that was always told don't pursue sports because it's a male-dominated field, that only motivated me more. I started networking early, and if I could be someone that helps motivate those who are maybe discouraged at first for pursuing something, I want to show them that if she's able to do it, I can do it too. I'm happy to chat with people who have questions about my experience.
